鬼怒川温泉駅のすぐ近くにあるハチヤのバウムクーヘンが好きなのでそれについて英語で紹介文を書いてみました。

Delicious Baumkuchen in Nikko Kinugawa, Tochigi, Japan.
Although Baumkuchen originated in Germany, it is well known in Japan. I’m not sure how familiar it is in other countries, but in Japan, you can find it in convenience stores and supermarkets.
For those who are unfamiliar, Baumkuchen tastes similar to a pound cake and has a distinctive stump-like shape.
Typically, I don’t choose Baumkuchen as my dessert when there are other options available. However, the Hachiya-Baum is so delicious that it’s definitely worth trying.
They offer various flavors such as plain, chocolate, strawberry, and soy sauce. I have tried the plain and soy sauce flavors, and both were fantastic.
What sets it apart, especially, is its unmatched texture. It is neither dry nor crumbly but incredibly smooth and bursting with flavor. You know, sometimes when I have Baumkuchen, I find it somewhat lacking in taste despite being adequately sweet.
With the Hachiya-Baum, you never feel that way.
When you visit Nikko Kinugawa, famous for its hot springs, be sure to give it a try. The shop is just a one-minute walk from Kinugawa-Onsen station.
The small size costs ¥1585, and you can make payment with a credit card at the shop.
